How to find the right size
When choosing the right size for your exercise ball, you can use the table below as a guide.
In general, make sure the ball is inflated to the recommended size, even if it already looks full. Only then will it reach the desired firmness and not sink in too much.
We recommend size L for most people. We’d only suggest size XL from a height of 190 cm and up.
